I am a one-man operation selling scythes via this website, via events and workshops in the Nelson/Tasman area and at the Motueka Sunday Market on the first Sunday of every month in the Summer.
It all started 2009 when my brushcutter broke down and I sought a more simple and cleaner alternative. Since then I have developed a passion for the Austrian scythe and use it for every mowing job on my property from lawn mowing to clearing blackberries.
I run workshops in Summer when and where I can. Hopefully I will get to your neck of the woods soon if I haven't already. In the meantime I can give advice and tuition on any part of the mowing or scythe maintenance operation via email or over the phone. Happy mowing.
