Payment for orders is by bank transfer. I can accept payment via a credit card but will need to add 3.6% to the cost of your order to cover the credit card transaction fees. Please email me to arrange payment via a credit card and I'll send you an invoice and link to my secure credit card payment gateway.

If you order a product from this website and when it arrives is is not as described, or faulty or damaged, then please contact me immediately, and certainly no longer than 48 hours from delivery.
I will provide you with a returns number and arrange for my courier to collect the returned items.
After inspection I will contact you to report my findings, and offer a replacement item if that item is stocked.
If I cannot offer a replacement then we will refund the product cost via the same method used to pay us.
